According to Tom Kowalski of MLive.com, Lions offensive tackle Tony Ugoh was absent from training camp Wednesday because he is considering retiring.

Ugoh is not expected to make the Lions final roster. He has a boatload of talent but has been considered an underachiever since the Colts drafted him with the 42nd pick in the 2007 draft. Indy gave up on him last September and the Lions are ready to do the same.
