The Patriots announced Saturday that they have downgraded safety Patrick Chung, defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth and receiver Taylor Price to out for Sunday's game against the Bills. Chung underwent surgery on his right thumb this week. The Patriots will be counting on Sergio Brown (second year), Josh Barrett (fourth year) and James Ihedigbo (fifth year) at safety, and promoted Ross Ventrone off the practice squad Saturday. Meanwhile, Haynesworth injured his back this week, forcing him to miss practice Thursday and Friday. And at receiver, Price will miss his third straight game with a hamstring injury.
