Found October 16, 2012 on Patriots Life:
It has been announced that there will be two games played at Wembley Stadium in 2013, an upgrade on the one a year it has been since the Miami Dolphins and the New York Giants kicked off the International Series in 2007. As a NFL and New England Patriots fan in the UK, this is obviously great news for me. In 2012, the Patriots will make their second appearance at Wembley when they face the St. Louis Rams in Week 8, after facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers there in 2009, a game they won comfortably. And the Patriots, while not giving up a home game to go to Wembley, have been key players in the development of the NFL in the UK. The way the NFL and NFL UK have worked together to get some great match ups in London has been clever. Take a team that isn't the most popular (St. Louis, Jacksonville Jaguars) to give up a home game, then bring in a willing big boy to make the encounter attractive. With the announcement that the Pittsburgh Steelers are coming next year to play the Minnesota V...

Patriots Injury Report: Brandon Lloyd, Patrick Chung, Matthew Slater

The New England Patriots lost three players Sunday, including wide receiver Brandon Lloyd, during their loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Lloyd’s shoulder injury isn’t expected to be serious, reports Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald. Wide receiver Brandon Lloyd left late, but it didn’t appear to be anything concerning. That will need to be monitored going forward...

The Wes Welker Julian Edelman Conundrum

Wes Welker has led the NFL in receptions since 2007, but will Julian Edelman take his spot next season?Everyone knows Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker is unhappy with the Pats for the way they have been treating their contract negotiations with him. This past weekend, Welker went as far to say it felt good to “stick it to Bill” after he contributed 13 receptions for 104 yards...

Tom Brady Chucks Two Interceptions in Loss To Seattle

New England QB Tom Brady threw a season-high two interceptions and turned in his lowest QB rating of the year Sunday in a one-point loss to the Seahawks.Fantasy Spin:Despite the uneven performance, Brady still managed to throw for 300 yards passing, the fourth time he's been able to accomplish that in his last five starts.

Rex Ryan admits Bill Belichick is the better coach

Shortly before the season began, Rex Ryan ruffled a few feathers by declaring himself the best defensive mind in football, eschewing the likes of Bill Belichick and Dick LeBeau. When it comes to being a head coach, however, he admits there’s no contest. “If it was just between (Bill) Belichick and me, he’s going to win that battle,” Ryan said, via “I don’t...

Pats secondary struggling for 3rd straight year

The New England Patriots are just 3-3 and the poor play of their secondary is a big reason. Only four teams have allowed more yards passing than the Patriots after they gave up completions of 51, 50 and 46 yards in a 24-23 loss to the Seattle Seahawks Sunday. That continues a trend in which the Patriots allowed the second most yards passing in the NFL last season - even though...

Aaron Hernandez Scores TD in Return To Action

New England tight end Aaron Hernandez hauled in six catches for 30 yards and a touchdown Sunday against Seattle.Fantasy Spin:It was Hernandez's first game since suffering an ankle injury in Week 2. He was targeted nine times on Sunday and should see just as many looks next week versus the Jets.

Sanchez vs. New England Patriots

Florham Park, N.J.: Let's not waste time about how "big" or "important" this game is for the New York Jets.  We get it, it's New England. No need for Rex Ryan and Bill Belichick comparisons, or how Rex speaks as if him and Belichick will be on the field taking snaps on Sunday.Let's point out something that, may be obvious, but at the same time, isn...

Patriots vs. Seahawks Recap: Four Reasons the Patriots Lost

The Patriots went to Seattle this weekend with almost everyone expecting an easy win for New England. However the Seahawks, led by former Patriots head coach, Pete Carroll, had other plans, and they stopped the Patriots and dropped them to 3-3 on the season, by beating them 24-23. The loss puts the Patriots in a 4 way tie for first place in the AFC East. Here are four reasons why...

Patriots Beat Themselves Again, Fall To 3-3

How are we all feeling this Monday? Stupid question. Every New England Patriots fan is feeling pretty pissed right now. After a very promising 2 game win streak, we've been rocked by this defeat to the Seattle Seahawks. I came out of last weeks win vs the Denver Broncos uneasy due to our 4th quarter struggles. This resurfaced during the whole second half. This was not the Patriots...
