In the hunt to replace injured Pro-Bowl tackle Jason Peters, the Philadelphia Eagles are wasting no time. On Saturday evening, the team hosted free agent tackle Demetrius Bell, formerly of the Buffalo Bills. Per the Inquirer and CSNPhilly, Bell stayed overnight in Philadelphia and will have more meetings with the team on Sunday, often a good sign in these visits. The 27-year old tackle has garnered  has also paid visits to Pittsburgh and Green Bay in recent days. Bell has a history of injuries, playing in only 30 games in 3 seasons in Buffalo. Though he has paid visits to other teams, the fact that he is still on the market means that he will be eager to sign a deal with whoever offers first, meaning that the Eagles are in good bargaining position. The team can secure Bell, if they so choose, then figure out the other additions and adjustments they need to make to secure and add depth to the offensive line via additional free agency moves and the draft.
