Despite a record of 6-2, the Baltimore Ravens are in serious jeopardy of missing the playoffs.
Starters Haloti Ngata (shoulder,knee), Ed Reed (shoulder,knee), Pernell McPhee (thigh), Bobbie Williams (ankle) and Marshal Yanda (knee) all sat out practice on Wednesday. Wide Receivers Jacoby Jones (toe), and David Reed (knee), cornerback Jimmy Smith (abs), and left tackle Michael Oher (ankle) were limited. A beat up team with a poor defense equals disaster against quality teams. And the Ravens are scheduled to play a bunch of them during their final eight games.
