he exited last weekend’s game against the New Orleans Saints with his ankle

two healthy backs on their roster, Marcel Reece and Jeremy Stewart.
Other notable players to miss practice yesterday for the Raiders
include defensive lineman Richard Seymour (hamstring) and Jack Crawford (toe)

The Oakland Raiders backfield will be without RB Darren McFadden once again this week when the team takes on the Cincinnati Bengals. McFadden will miss his third straight game for the Raiders while being sidelined with an ankle injury. McFadden did not practice on Friday and no exact return date is known although head coach Dennis Allen told reporters he is making progress.
Oakland running back Darren McFadden (ankle) missed Friday's practice and beat writer Steve Corkran is reporting that both McFadden and Mike Goodson will not play in Week 12.Fantasy Spin:McFadden has never been a quick healer and the original diagnosis in Week 9 was 2-4 weeks. APNewsNow. The Oakland Raiders have promoted linebacker Kaelin Burnett from the practice squad to fill the spot vacated by Aaron Curry's release.
The team announced the move Saturday, a day before Oakland visited Cincinnati.
Burnett was signed by Oakland as an undrafted free agent from Nevada. He is the 27th player on the 53-man roster acquired by first-year general manager...
Steve Corkran tweets that Raiders RB Darren McFadden is unlikely to play against the Bengals this weekend.
McFadden has already missed a few weeks now with an ankle injury, but there was hope that he would be available for Week 12. Marcel Reece figures to see another solid workload against Cincinnati with Mike Goodson also dealing with an ankle injury of his own.

After going a red hot 13-1 in week 11, I went 2-1 on Thanksgiving day. For the season that makes it 106-57. I'm still in striking distance of...
(Eds: APNewsNow. Will be updated. With AP Photos.) By MICHAEL WAGAMAN Associated Press Marcel Reece isn't putting much value behind the numbers he's had in the two games since taking over as the Oakland Raiders' starting running back.
He might be the only one.
Oakland's primary fullback the past two seasons, Reece has amassed nearly 300 yards in total offense while...
Former Bengals and current Oakland Raiders starting quarterback Carson Palmer says he wanted out of Cincinnati last season for professional reasons and that it was time for him to go.
“Really just professional. Like I said, it was time. It was definitely time to move on, said Palmer, per the Cincinnati Enquirer. ”I’m glad the way it worked out and I’m glad for the Bengals...
It was expected to be a shootout between the Oakland Raiders and the New Orleans Saints last Sunday, when the teams collided at the O.Co Coliseum. Well, at least one side did their part and, unfortunately for the Raider Nation, it wasn’t the Silver & Black. The offense led by Carson Palmer could not keep up with Drew Brees and [...]
Hue Jackson made a big impact in his two seasons with the Oakland Raiders.
He helped revive Darren McFadden's career, turned Darrius Heyward-Bey from a bust to a capable NFL receiver and sparked a moribund offense that was one of the most inept in the league before he arrived.
Jackson helped bring credibility back to Oakland first as offensive coordinator in 2010 and then head...
