Rolando McClain and the Oakland Raiders have been divorced for the last four months, but the Raiders finally finalized the divorce by waiving McClain. The Raiders were simply tired of putting up with his immaturity, arrests and public comments detrimental to the team. The Raiders paid the price by paying 10,895,000 in dead money he is owed, but waiving McClain was worth it. McClain’s behavior over the last three seasons has been some of the worst in the NFL. It was reported earlier today that former Raiders’ linebacker Rolando McClain cleared waivers.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, McClain has already received three offers, with two other teams also interested.

The Raiders have finally parted ways with Rolando McClain in a move that was long overdue. He was a former first-round pick of the team.
Rolando McClain’s career with the Oakland Raiders is over after just three years. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, former Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain has cleared waivers and is now a free agent.
