Rams' Top Draft Need and Free Agency Need

Fans keep asking me who the Rams should draft. Of course this assumes that I'm ignoring all the expert football analysts who say the Rams should trade thei top Draft pick. The Rams are known for not trading their first-round picks but with new staff on board there's no telling what they'll do. I do think that the Rams should keep their first Draft pick and perhaps trade their second pick for extra picks. It all depends on what trade offers can become available, after all there are some teams who are looking for RG3.
Who should the Rams draft? Justin Blackmon. With all the wide receiver issues the Rams had last season this one is a no-brainer. The Rams do have a few valuable wide receivers including Amendola, Alexander, and Brandon Lloyd. Whether Lloyd stays with the team or not is yet to be seen but he does have the option to leave.
