From Pro Football Zone:

St. Louis Rams rookie cornerback Trumaine Johnson missed his first training camp practice after missing his flight on Wednesday because he overslept.
“I set my alarm clock,” Johnson said after his day of practice on Thursday, per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “I didn’t hear it. I missed my flight. I messed up.”
Oversleeping and missing practice isn’t unheard of when it comes to NFL rookies. I’m sure Johnson will do what he can to ensure he never misses another practice.
