Update: John Erardi of cincinnati.com reports that CB Keiwan Ratliff was signed Monday when defensive tackle Pat Sims was placed on injured reserve. Ratliff, a second-round draft pick by the Bengals in 2004, said he was thrilled to be reunited with the Bengals for the playoffs. Since leaving in September, 2007, Ratliff has played with Tampa Bay, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh, who released him Nov. 24.
Fantasy Impact: "Honestly, I never wanted to leave Cincinnati," Ratliff said. "It was always one of those things where if they called, I would love coming back." Ratliff probably won't be reunited for long if things stay the same for his career.
