Baltimore Ravens Lardarius Webb is out for the season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in Sunday's victory over the Dallas Cowboys. Webb has an MRI on Monday to confirm what coach John Harbaugh and the Ravens feared. "Lardarius Webb does not look good right now," Harbaugh said on Sunday. "It's a potential ACL. We've got a problem there. We don't know for sure, but that's what it looks like right now." The problem for the Ravens could be compounded with inside linebacker Ray Lewis expected to miss significant time with a torn triceps muscle. Neither player finished the 31-29 win in Baltimore; Webb was injured in the first quarter and Lewis left in the fourth. Webb, who typically is assigned to the opponent's top receiver, grabbed at the base of his left knee immediately when he went down. He couldn’t put weight on his left leg and was taken to the locker room with the assistance of trainers. The Ravens signed Webb to a $50 million contract extension in the offseason after he intercepted eight passes, including three in the playoffs. He was the team's top cover man ahead of second-year project Jimmy Smith and right cornerback Cary Williams. When Webb left the game, the Cowboys picked on Smith, who was flagged twice in the second half. Williams remained on the right side and came up with an interception that was more a misread by Tony Romo than a credit to Williams' coverage. He was standing flat-footed in zone coverage when the ball was flung at him. Webb knows all too well the rehab process from ACL surgery. He tore the ACL in his right knee as a rookie.
