According to the New York Daily News, the Giants’ latest offer to Cruz is for $8 million per year.   • I will lose a lot of respect for this guy if he doesn't sign now. That's a fair offer for a slot WR and after all, nobody offered him anything before the non waiver trading deadline for free agents. Just sign the contract Victor, you'll make twice that much off the field in the NY spotlight.
