Reports out of Florida say Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Rashean Mathis suffered a damaged knee ligament in Sunday afternoon's game against the Indianapolis Colts.Mathis was injured without contact during the second quarter. He was unable to put any pressure on his left leg and was carted to the sideline. Mathis is expected to be reevaluated Monday to determine the extent of the ACL injury.The 31-year-old Mathis entered the contest with 33 tackles and one interception this season.

According to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union,  Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Rashean Mathis suffered a torn ACL during yesterday’s win over the Colts. Drew Coleman will likely take over for Mathis now that he’ll likely be placed on season ending injured reserve this week.
