The Bears won’t need to worry about another performance like Monday night’s against San Francisco, when Chicago was embarrassed 32-7 by the 49ers’ backup quarterback, Colin Kaepernick. Jay Cutler has been cleared to start on Sunday against the Vikings after passing all of his concussion tests, according to Jason LaCanfora of CBS. Cutler was injured during Chicago’s Week 10 matchup with the Texans  when he received a helmet-to-helmet blow from Houston linebacker Tim Dobbins while the quarterback was scrambling. The Bears couldn’t recover from the loss of Cutler, and fell to the Texans 13-6. Backup quarterback Jason Campbell is 26-42 with 201 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions replacing Cutler this season. The Bears are 7-1 in games that Cutler has started and finished. The Bears play the 6-4 Minnesota Vikings on Sunday in a game that could have serious implications in the NFC North. Green Bay currently leads the division with a 7-3 record, but Chicago (7-3) and Minnesota are right behind the Packers.
