Tennessee Titans quarterback Matt Hasselbeck reportedly has been fined for a horse-collar tackle Sunday on Chicago Bears cornerback Kelvin Hayden. A source told ESPN.com that the NFL fined Hasselbeck $15,750 for bringing down Hayden after he recovered a fubmle by Titans tight end Jared Cook at the 4-yard line in the fourth quarter with the Bears leading 44-12. In roster moves Wednesday, the Titans placed right guard Leroy Harris on injured reserve with a ligament in his right knee and signed defensive end Jarius Wynn and guard Kyle DeVan.
