Respect The Eagles D

With most of the attention going to the Eagles´ Donovan McNabb and his comeback from injury, the defense has gotten little attention for the outstanding job it has done thus far. Our D is letting up just over 16 points per game is tied for second in the league for sacks, and thats without Pro-Bowlers Lito Sheppard and Brian Dawkins! The only stat where the Eagles D isn't toward the top of the list is in the Forced Turnovers column, where they Birds have struggled. Hopefully that will change when they face Pennington and company who threw 3 costly interceptions last week against the Giants. How are you guys liking the performance of the defense so far? Where do we need to improove? What are its strengths? Are the Birds going to start getting more turnovers, and eventually more wins? Let our voice be heard.
