The NFL needs more players like Seattle Seahawks starting cornerback Richard Sherman. The 6-foot-3 corner was considered one of the best at his position this past season. He racked up 8 interceptions and an NFL best 24 pass deflections. Another impressive number is that the average QB rating against Sherman was 40.5 (an NFL best). Sherman only allowed 40 receptions on 86 targets on his side of the field.
