For Chad Rinehart, it’s been a long road back from injury, but he made the most of his opportunity last week and will start today at right guard. Rinehart got rolled up by Cowboys’ OLB Anthony Spencer and broke his fibula on the very same day that Eric Wood broke his leg (more severely) last season. It was a long rehabilitation for both, but Rinehart’s game was suffering and under a new coaching staff in Washington he didn’t make the grade. “I got a few starts with Washington last year and then coming off the injury I really didn’t start to feel right until about three or four weeks ago,” said Rinehart. “So only until recently have I really felt my game come back around to what it used to be.” Last Sunday after Rinehart’s 37 snaps, Chan Gailey noticed. “He’s a physical player. He’s a big man,” said Gailey. ”When you stand next to him you realize how big he is, and he played very physical in the ball game. ...
