You can add Roger Staubach to the list of people who feel Jerry Jones’ time as the general manager of the Dallas Cowboys should end. Jones recently said that the team was structured with him to be the general manager and that he could never see a situation where he was not the “final decision-maker.” “Jerry is trying real hard,” Hall of Fame quarterback Roger Staubach said Friday on the Mike & Mike Show on ESPN Radio. “He goes back to the old days when they won three Super Bowls. I think the formula is he’s got to find a medium ground and delegate more authority.” The Cowboys (3-5) play at Philadelphia this weekend in a game that has been built as a must win for both teams.
