According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Colts quarterback Andrew Luck will replace Tom Brady in the Pro Bowl and Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson will replace Matt Ryan of the Falcons. Ryan was forced to drop out after suffering a sprained shoulder during yesterday’s NFC title game and Brady clearly doesn’t feel like playing after losing yesterday’s AFC title game.   Need NFL Tickets? var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; script.src = 'http://widget.crowdignite.com/widgets/27484?_ci_wid=...

Andrew Luck Takes Tom Brady’s Place on AFC Pro Bowl Roster

Indianapolis Colts star rookie quarterback Andrew Luck has been selected to play in the 2013 Pro Bowl on Sunday in place of Tom Brady, who is out with an injury, the team announced on Monday. Though the nature of Brady’s injury is unknown at the moment, it’s safe to say that had the New England Patriots beat the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Brady wouldn’t be sitting on the sidelines...

Seattle Seahawks 2013 Needs

When the Seahawks’ took Russell Wilson in the 3rd round, it wasn’t really criticized. That seemed to be a fitting range for him. However, then it was reported that GM John Schneider compared him to Drew Brees and “had to have him” because he felt he was one of the top-3 players he scouted in 2011, which sounded like hyperbole and maybe a little bit crazy. The Seahawks then...

Luck And Wilson Headed To Pro Bowl

Now that the Pro Bowl is played before the Super Bowl some of the players can’t make the Pro Bowl since they will be playing in the Super Bowl. For two rookie quarterbacks they are...

Now that the 2012-13 season is over for Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts, it’s now time to look into next year and the free agent pool.  Let’s say, for giggles, the Colts were willing to spend serious dollars on a big name free agent. Let’s play a game called, “What if”. What if the Colts wanted a big time receiver to compliment Reggie Wayne?  I think we all saw...
