Ryan says Clowney sat Sunday for playing-time vent

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - With a locker room full of veterans who police themselves, Rex Ryan hasn't had to be a disciplinarian much in his short tenure as the Jets ' coach.But that all changed this past week.Ryan revealed Monday that the decision to have David Clowney inactive in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Titans was solely his, and it stemmed from Clowney's expressing his frustration about his playing time on Twitter .The second-year wide receiver had a great preseason with 243 yards and three touchdowns on seven receptions, but played sparingly in the first two games.Ryan didn't like Clowney tweeting his displeasure after the Patriots game when he wrote "1 play in the 1st Half, 4 plays in the 2nd half . . .
