Arizona Cardinals 2011 2nd-round pick Ryan Williams, who missed his entire rookie year with a knee injury, will return to the field on Friday night as the Cards take on the Oakland Raiders. While much of the focus has been on the Cardinals quarterback situation this season, Williams’ return may be the most significant storyline in Arizona. The combination of Williams and Beanie Wells could give the Cards a formidable one-two punch at running back and take some pressure off Kolb and/or Skelton.

Kevin Kolb is fighting back despite lackluster performances

The Cardinals are struggling with a well documented issue. They still don't have a starting quarterback on their roster, and picking one from their current options is proving to be a true chore for head coach Ken Whisenhunt. Kevin Kolb didn't help his own efforts last night, completing just 3 of 6 attempts for 22 yards, and oh-by-the-way, Kolb was safetied as...

Levi Brown injury

The news has come out and it is not good when it comes to the Levi Brown injury. A torn triceps muscle, including losing a piece of the bone, according to Kent Somers, makes Levi the perfect candidate for the new physically unable to perform (PUP) list, that would allow Levi to come back after six regular season weeks have passed. After the six weeks, he would be eligible to begin...

Raiders' Kelly rips Kolb after Cards' 31-27 win

It was bad enough for Arizona quarterback Kevin Kolb that Oakland's Tommy Kelly sacked him in the end zone for a safety. What the Raiders defensive end had to say about Kolb after Oakland's 31-27 loss to the Cardinals Friday night probably hurt much worse. ''He is skittish. He is scared back there,'' Kelly said. Raiders DT Tommie Kelly Caught On Camera Saying Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb Is 'Scared'

Kevin Kolb already appeared on his way to losing the Arizona Cardinals starting quarterback job to John Skelton, and what microphones caught on the sidelines during Friday’s exhibition game against the Oakland Raiders won’t help matters. After Kolb was taken down by multiple Raiders defenders early in the second quarter, the audio of the Raiders TV broadcast caught defensive tackle...

Man shot in parking lot during Raiders-Cardinals game

However, there was nothing at all friendly about what occurred in Arizona just hours ago. According to ABC15.com, a man was shot in the face during the third quarter of Friday night's game between the Raiders and Cardinals...
