The New Orleans Saints have placed safety Malcolm Jenkins and
offensive lineman Charles Brown on season-ending injured reserve, reports

Safety Malcolm Jenkins’ season is over as the New Orleans
Saints placed him on injured reserve Saturday after sustaining a hamstring
injury during last week's loss against the Giants. The Saints also placed tackle
Charles Brown on injured reserve.
Jenkins sustained a hamstring injury during last weekend’s
loss to the New York Giants. The safety ranked third on the Saints with 94
total tackles and had one interception on the season, which he returned for a
touchdown. Terrell notes that Isa Abdul-Quddus is expected to fill in at free
safety for Jenkins.
Brown has been dealing with injuries for much of his three
seasons with New Orleans. He sustained a knee injury Nov. 18 against the
Oakland Raiders and hasn’t returned since.
The Saints added safety Jerico Nelson and offensive lineman
Ricky Henry to fill the spots left vacant by Jenkins and Brown on their 53-man
