Saints right tackle Jon Stinchcomb says he feels better than he thought he would to begin training camp after spending his offseason rehabbing from surgery to repair a torn tendon in his left leg. Stinchcomb's rehabilitation began Jan. 18, when surgeons repaired a tendon in his left quadriceps that he tore in New Orleans' seventh game of the season against Cleveland. Stinchcomb says "for 10 weeks I wasn't able to play the way I want to play." Right guard Jahri Evans says it was evident near the end of last season that Stinchcomb wasn't playing at 100 percent, but he can see the former Pro Bowl tackle rounding into form. The quad wasn't the only injury Stinchcomb played through. He also injured a shoulder and a knee.
