Saints vs Giants Preview

Pat Kirwan likes the Saints. My final thoughts on this game:1. Giants must stop the Saints rushing attack. If they can make the Saints one-dimensional, I think they will win this game.2. I think the Saints are a finesse team. The Giants are a power team which has a powerful running game. Former Giants Head Coach Bill Parcells has said, "Power wins football games." Needless to say, the Giants need to punch the Saints in the mouth. On offense, RB Brandon Jacobs must punish Saints defenders. I think Jacobs will have a good game. On defense, I am going to miss safety Kenny Phillips. Phillips is fast and a hard hitter. The Giants defensive backfield must be physical with the Saints receivers. I think they need to be like Parcells' Super Bowl XXV Champs. In Super Bowl XXV, the Giants defensive backfield roughed up the Bills receivers. Bills WR Andre Reed stated this after the game.
