San Francisco 49ers Looking to Hire Condoleezza Rice

The NFL Network recently reported the San Francisco 49ers are looking to install U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice as team president. While this may appear to be far-fetched, Secretary Rice, former provost of Stanford, is planning on returning to California in January and has told friends she would love to be president of a NFL team (apparently the 49ers qualify as a NFL team.) However is she qualified?
