New York Sports-Kings:
According to the New York Daily News, Mark Sanchez is “virtually guaranteed” to be back next season. Sanchez has not played well at all this season, but given his current group of receivers, not many would expect him to play well. It was thought by most pundits around the country that if Sanchez were to fail early in the season that Tim Tebow’s name would be called upon. This news may be confirmation that Sanchez is their quarterback and they’re sticking with him.
There aren’t very many big named free agent quarterbacks out there for the Jets to go out and make a splash, but the Daily News points out Joe Flacco and Michael Vick as possible targets. The Ravens, barring a complete collapse, will likely franchise Flacco. The Eagles, on the other hand, look like they may be in complete rebuild mode after their tumultuous season. Vick has proven once again that he just can’t stay healthy for an entire season. Even when he is healthy it is hard to get consistency from him. If the Eagles were to part ways with Vick, there could be several suitors.
The Jets have plenty of issues. They should probably address their wide receiving corps if they want to lure any decent NFL caliber quarterback.

BEST OF MAXIM
Now, that’s what I call a Dirty Sanchez!
On Thanksgiving night, the New York Jets put together one of the worst quarters of football I have seen in a long time, and I loved every second of it. As if giving up 35 points and recording three turnovers in the second quarter alone wasn’t enough, the incomparable Mark Sanchez gave us a play that pretty well sums up this entire season...
Anyone who has witnessed the Jets play over their first eleven games can attest to the fact that Mark Sanchez lacks a quality supporting cast and knows that Rex Ryan has tried in vain to talk up, and coach up an undermanned team. If the Jets tank at any point during the final stretch of five winnable games though, Ryan must acknowledge that part of the problem this season has been...
Gary Myers of the New York daily News believes that the Jets will maintain QB Mark Sanchez despite another disappointing season.
With Sanchez set to make $8.25 million next year, Myers writes that the solution to the Jets quarterback problem is to give Sanchez real competition for his job. It has become quite clear that the Jets do not view Tim Tebow as an adequate replacement...
Is New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez becoming the worst quarterback in the NFL? Did Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh’s foot have a built in groin detector? What happens when a kid sees free candy and big boobs at the same time – we’ll give you these answers and more on this episode of Ride The Pine.
The post Mark Sanchez Butt-Fumbles appeared first...
Jets guard Brandon Moore said that he is bothered by being associated with the now notorious "butt fumble" play where Mark Sanchez fumbled after running into his backside.
How bad has this season been for the New York Jets? So bad that it convinced Ed Anzalone, aka “Fireman Ed,” to step away from his post as a fan leader for the team. Anzalone has been a Jets fan since 1975 and has been leading a J-E-T-S chant from Section 134 at Jets home games since 1986. However, the drama, negativity, and losing surrounding the team became too much for him...
'U R RIDICULOUS'
New York Jets tight end Dustin Keller took to Twitter to call out Jets fans who apparently booed when it appeared that Mark Sanchez went down with an injury.
The Jets fell in a laugher to the New England Patriots in Week 11. Find out the highlights, but mostly lowlights from a pitiful performance from Mark Sanchez and company.
Fireman Ed Should Buy A Tri-Cornered Hat & Learn The Pats Chant.
The New York Jets went from a “THREAT” to the New England Patriots in the AFC East to an ABSOLUTE JOKE in just four seasons.
How have the MIGHTY have fallen.
Rex Ryan DOES NOT talk much anymore.
Mark Sanchez gets WORSE every season.
And “Fireman Ed” is hanging up his helmet for good….GANG GREEN has hit...
The Jets got dominated by the Patriots 49-19 on Thanksgiving night. And along with losing their seventh game in eleven tries, they also managed to lose their unofficial mascot, “Fireman Ed”.
For the second week in a row, Ed Anzalone left a Jets game a halftime because of confrontations with fellow fans. According to Anzalone, fellow Jets fans have been pretty hostile with him...
By now, if you are a sports fan, you probably know the New England Patriots destroyed what's left of the New York Jets, 49-19.
But did you see the highlights?
This may very well have had the funniest play of all time in it.
Sure, there were lots of "Lowlights" for the J-E-T-S, but the worst may have been when QB Mark Sanchez ran into the butt of one of his...
Since 1975, Ed Anzalone has attended New York Jets games at the Meadowlands, leading chants and making countless appearances on Jumbotrons and television screens.
But, it looks like the world has seen the last of Fireman Ed on their television screens. Anzalone announced in his guest column for Metro New York that he will continue to attend Jets games, but not in his famous getup...
If a Thanksgiving blowout loss at home and basically getting eliminated from the playoffs wasn't enough, this news is certainly absolute rock bottom for the New York Jets. Ed Anzalone, famously known as "Fireman Ed" has for years lead the famous "J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!" chants at all home games in the Meadowlands for the Jets. However, he has lead his last...
The New England Patriots (8-3) beat the New York Jets (4-7) 49-19, last night at MetLife Stadium from East Rutherford, NJ.
What an antrcious loss for the Jets as their season is likely over and the game was over when the Patriots scored 35 points in the 2nd quarter.
As soon as New England scored 3 touchdowns in a total of 53 seconds after their were turnovers by Mark Sanchez, Joe...
