Never short on opinions, former All-Pro defensive tackle Warren Sapp dished out his thoughts on the Dallas Cowboys during a Friday interview with a local radio station. The NFL Network analyst says the Cowboys' lack of leadership in the locker room is what is holding the franchise back, not team owner and general manager Jerry Jones. "The Cowboys and Jerry know what they're doing to put a good team on the field," Sapp said on The Ben and Skin Show KESN-FM in Dallas.
