Aaron Schobel may be returning to the Bills after all. The defensive end has said that he is considering a return to the team and should know by mid-August.
In interviews with the media today, Schobel mentioned that he was considering retirement, but the idea seemed less appealing the more he thought about it. Right now he is working to get into football shape in his home state of Texas, and his agent is expected to contact the team in the next few weeks.
Schobel will wait until his kids return to school in mid-August before making a definite decision. One thing is for sure: he will not be at training camp.
With the inexperience on the offensive line right now, the team would welcome anyone who could provide a veteran presence, whether it's Schobel or Chester Pitts, who was just in for a visit.
