There was plenty for the Seattle Seahawks to celebrate on Sunday during their win over the Minnesota Vikings. Defensive tackle Brandon Mebane got the party started with a bang in the first quarter by burning an image into our brains that will likely never go away. Mebane, who was wearing a jersey that didn’t quite […]
Here we are already entering week 11 of the NFL season, and the Seattle Seahawks hold a 9 – 1 record, meeting their expectations. As it stands right now, only the Kansas City Chiefs (9 – 0) have a better record, but let’s be real: the Chiefs have had it easy. The Chiefs will get their chance to show what they are made of the rest of the way, starting with the Denver Broncos...
The Seattle Seahawks (9-1) host the Minnesota Vikings (2-7) at CenturyLink Field on Sunday. The game will be televised at 4:25 ET on FOX.
This game ought not to be a close one, given Seattle’s complete performance against the Falcons and the impending return of several key players. Russell Okung, Max Unger, and Breno Giacomini are all listed as probable to start Sunday. But what...
After being limited in Sunday’s game against the Vikings, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll made it clear that wide receiver Percy Harvin is a full-go from here on out.
Carroll said Harvin will be in the full rotation going forward and will be their kick returner as well. "He's back."

The Seahawks must be...
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin is only expected to be on the field for about 10-15 snaps during today’s game against the Vikings.
What to expect from #Seahawks WR Percy Harvin? I’m told 10-15 plays, depending on flow of the game. Would be surprised if he plays specials

Marshawn Lynch is a different kind of cat.
Lynch was in full Beast Mode on Sunday rushing 17 times for 54 yards and 2 touchdown and catching another touchdown pass as well.
Lynch must have a special connection with his fans, because he came back to the Seahawks sideline, and toss the football almost 30 rows in to the stands.
I guess Beast Mode can be the emergency quarterback as well.
Chuck Knox never did it. Neither did Mike Holmgren, Tom Flores or Dennis Erickson.
In the Seattle Seahawks' history, they've never had consecutive 10-win regular seasons until now under Pete Carroll.
The Seahawks reached double-digit victories for the second straight season on Sunday with a 41-20 drubbing of Minnesota. The Seahawks improved to 10-1 and head into their bye...
Marshawn Lynch took Beast Mode to a new level on Sunday afternoon.
The Seattle running back had himself a game against the Vikings, rushing 17 times for 54 yards, adding two touchdowns on the ground and a third on a reception. It was Lynch’s third touchdown of the day, though, that really pumped him up, prompting the running back to reveal his throwing abilities.
Proving that he...
Michael Bennett is probably not the most liked man among loyal dog owners at the moment. For starters, the Seattle Seahawks lineman dropped his 4-month-old boxer at a boarding facility earlier this year and never returned to retrieve the canine. Oh, and he also stiffed the place on payment of the bill. The whole ordeal began when the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers lineman signed a deal...
Through tradition, most countries fly their respective national flag upside down at a time of distress. Before the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks took on the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, November 17th, […]
Percy Harvin made a spectacular one-handed catch in his first game for the Seattle Seahawks, and it was against his old team, the Vikings.
The Seattle Seahawks were already one of the best teams in the NFL before they acquired wide receiver Percy Harvin. With the former Minnesota Vikings player added to the stable of weapons for Russell Wilson to throw to Seattle fans had to be even more excited for this season to start--than he had surgery on his hip.Good thing is he wasn't out for the season and on Sunday he made...
The Seahawks finally get their huge off-season signing into the fold against Minnesota Sunday. Despite only having one catch, it turned out to be a beauty. With Harvin back in the mix, his huge play-making ability will only make Seattle that much more dangerous. With an elite running game as their staple on offense, we should continue to see catches similar to this, and more...
The Seahawks have a plethora of talent at defensive end and rotate them liberally, providing a difficult task for Matt Kalil and Phil Loadholt.
