According to Dan Arkush of ProFootballWeekly.com, the Seattle Seahawks fully expect disgruntled defensive end Chris Clemons to show up for training camp despite the fact that he still wants a new contract and hasn’t shown up for OTA’s or minicamp.

“They totally expect him to show up for training camp,” said one team insider of Clemons, per PFW. “But they also thought he was going to show up for the mandatory minicamp, and that didn’t happen, so …

“But I really think he’ll show up for camp, whether he’s signed a new deal or not.”

Clemons is going into the final year of his current deal.  He’s set to make $4 million this year and has already turned down a three-year, $18 million offer from the Seahawks.
