Per a tweet from Tacoma News Tribune Seahawks beat reporter Eric Williams we've learned that the Seattle Seahawks have signed former Ravens CB Danny Gorrer to the active roster. Confirmed through agent that former #Ravens CB Danny Gorrer has signed with #Seahawks to active roster.— Eric Williams (@eric_d_williams) September 18, 2012 Gorrer has played in 14 NFL games for the Ravens and the Rams. He's started 1 for the Rams in 2009. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an UFA in 2009, he was then released. He was claimed off waivers by the St. Louis Rams in 2009. He was waived in 2010 by the Rams and picked up by the Ravens. The Ravens released Gorrer prior to the start of the 2012 season. He played college football at Texas A&M where he was a 2-year starter.
