While free agency won’t begin until the end of February, we wanted to take some time to look at the Jets free agent lists, and write up some initial thoughts about their future status with the Jets.  We’ll start this morning with the Exclusive Rights Free Agents … TE Matthew Mulligan — While he had some solid run-blocking performances earlier in the season, Mulligan nose-dived at the end, ranking second in penalties on the team (nine) for the season.  In the last game of the season, Mulligan was called for a crucial 15 yard penalty that effectively put the Jets past field goal range (with the team losing by two points).
