LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- For all the problems the Chicago Bears are dealing with in the aftermath of their 45-10 loss in Cincinnati, at least there's not a quarterback controversy at Halas Hall. The same cannot be said for this weekend's opponent, the Cleveland Browns, who have seen both their quarterbacks -- Derek Anderson and Brady Quinn -- underachieve in 2009. Browns head coach Eric Mangini began the season with Quinn, but turned to Anderson after three games. The results: Anderson has completed only 43.8 percent of his passes, throwing seven interceptions to just two touchdowns. "He [Anderson] has made a significant amount of strides in this system," Mangini said Wednesday during a conference call with Chicago media members.
