Kevin Kolb stinks. Let’s just face facts. He can’t read defenses, has happy feet with no feel for pressure, and has a weak arm. It’s amazing what Andy Reid can do with a QB (I’m looking at you McNabb) and now the Cardinals are having buyers remorse. After entertaining Peyton Manning and failing to sign the most coveted FA ever, they are stuck with the same guys who were mediocre at best in 2011. At least Skelton has a lively arm and is kinda like a poor man’s Joe Flacco who can lead the team down the field. Adam Scheter reported today that sources inside the facility are already stating that Skelton is the frontrunner. I would have said that the minute Peyton became a Bronco. This is good news for Larry Fitzgerald.

Kevin Kolb hasn’t been that good. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he signed his big contract with the Cardinals, but when you are paid like a Franchise QB you have to play like one and he hasn’t.
John Skelton isn’t a world beater, but he simply gives the Cardinals the best chance to win.
