Rants- Aaron Hernandez just goes to show you can never tell what a person is like in their personal life. Now there is another report that ties him to another murder. It only seems to get worse for the now former New England Patriot and NFL player. Rants- Chip Kelly for doing what coaches do best other than coach, look out for themselves. He knew the program was going to be in trouble with the NCAA, so he did what other coaches like Pete Carroll did…leave before things get hot. He did, securing a deal with the Eagles and leaving behind a mess that he made. Rants- Brian Cashman- For over reacting to ARod’s tweet about when he would be eligible to play or resume baseball activities. Cashman managed to show everyone just how deep his dislike for Alex Rodriquez really is. Raves- Brian Shaw for finally getting his opportunity to become head coach of the Denver Nuggets.Shaw has paid his dues and has been preparing for this opportunity for a long time. Here’s hoping that he becomes a very good head coach. Raves- Chris Davis for showing that he is the real deal and that last season wasn’t a fluke, he is on pace to get close to 50 homeruns and currently only thing standing between Miguel Cabrera and a second striaght triple crown. Raves-Brooklyn Nets for swinging a major deal to shake up their team. Getting Garnett was bold, getting Garnett and Pirece in the same deal was bolder. Then add Jason Terry coming off the bench to go with Joe Johnson and Deron Williams the trade makes them the sexy pick to be a contender to knock off the Heat next season.
