By Brad Biggs With an eye toward the future, the Bears brought three wide receivers in for workouts to Halas Hall earlier this week. According to a source, Jake Allen, Aundrae Allison and Emmanuel Arceneaux were worked out. The team brought in quarterback Matt Gutierrez, who spent two weeks with the team during preseason, to throw to the receivers.Arceneaux just completed a successful season for the British Columbia Lions in the Canadian Football League. The Alcorn State product had 67 receptions for 1,114 yards and five touchdowns. Allison was a fifth-round draft pick from East Carolina by the Minnesota Vikings in 2007. He also has spent time with the New York Jets. Allen, from Mississippi College, has spent time with the Cleveland Browns and Green Bay Packers. As the Tribune reported earlier this week, the Bears are expected to work out CFL star Andy Fantuz, another wide receiver, later this week.
