Earlier today, it was reported that Drew Rosenhaus is basically keeping DeSean Jackson afloat, paying for his bills and providing him with spending money.

But while that would seem to imply that Jackson and Rosenhaus are on good terms, Buzz on Broad has learned that may not be the case.

According to a tip we have recieved, Drew Rosenhaus was seen talking to an Eagles player on Sunday night after the team's loss to Arizona. The subject was DeSean Jackson, and Rosenhaus did not sound optimistic about getting a deal done.

The player was LeSean McCoy, who Rosenhaus recently resigned to represent. The two were seen getting into a heated discussion that revolved around DeSean Jackson, and not McCoy.

Rosenhaus was heard saying that he was "incapable of helping"  Jackson get a new deal because he is not putting up the numbers he did the last two seasons. He went on to say that Jackson should not expect a new deal because of his play. Overall, it appears the conversation revolved almost exclusivly around Jackson, as his name was brought up multiple times.

McCoy was reportedly quiet during most of the conversation. A picture of the conversation is above.

Now, the question is: why would the two be talking about Jackson?

It makes sense that Rosenhaus and McCoy would be discussing Jackson, as McCoy is in line for a new deal of his own. It is fair to think that McCoy would question Rosenhaus on why he should sign with him, if he is not capable of getting a deal for Jackson. That would explain why Rosenhaus felt the need to basically bash Jackson's play in front of his own teammate, and indicate that Rosenhaus is tired of funding a player who's chances at a new contract (in his belief) are dwindling.

That is clearly speculation, however.

You have to think that Jackson would not be happy to know that McCoy is having a conversation about him with Rosenhaus, which would also lend support to the rumors that Jackson may be losing some support in the locker room. Whether or not Jackson knew the two were meeting and talking about him is unknown.

Either way, it appears that Rosenhaus is showing where his loyalty is- and that is with the player who is most likely to get new deal.

And right now, that is McCoy.
