The Steelers started off Friday morning with a not so surprising roster move as they announced that veteran tackle Flozell Adams has been released. Adams was signed last offseason to a two year contract after tackle Willie Colon was lost for the season to an Achilles injury. Adams was scheduled to earn $5 million this season and his release carries no salary cap hit, because there was no signing bonus given in his contract.
