Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch didn’t participate in Monday’s oraganized team actitivity because of tendonitis in his knee.
Lions head coach Jim Schwartz indicated that he’ll be held out of team activities through May.
“Tulloch will not participate through May, and after that we will take it as it goes,” Schwartz said. “He had tendonitis and we did an injection to settle it down. He’s not weight-bearing (on his leg) right now. We will get it settled down and there won’t be surgery or anything like that.”

Nate Burleson: Lions need less emotion sometimes
Nate Burleson says he didn't see what fellow Detroit Lions receiver Titus Young did to get himself dismissed from team workouts this week.
Burleson says he doesn't know if Young punched, pushed or shoved safety Louis Delmas. But he says the Lions are a tough team that needs to learn how to dial down emotions at times.

2 game suspension for Mikel Leshoure?
After missing all of last season with injury, Mikel Leshoure got arrested twice this offseason in marijuana related incidents. Given that he has a past criminal history dating back to his time at Illinois, most expect him to be given some sort of suspension by commissioner Roger Goodell, which would further delay the 2nd round pick’s NFL debut. According to the Detroit News, that...
Lions’ Titus Young banned from practice?
It was originally reported that Lions’ 2nd year receiver Titus Young was absent from OTAs because he had been suspended from practice by the team, following a fight with safety Louis Delmas. This was according to noted beat writer Anwar Richardson. However, multiple reports have refuted that report, including the official website of the Detroit Lions. Lions expect both Jahvid Best and Mikel Leshoure to be healthy
The Lions have used picks in the first 2 rounds on running backs in their last two drafts prior to this year, as well as a 3rd round pick on a running back in 2008, yet they keep having to turn to the mediocre and aging Maurice Morris down the stretch to get significant carries for them. This is because Jahvid Best, a 1st rounder in 2010, Mikel Leshoure, a 2nd rounder in 2011, and...
Is Titus Young’s ‘suckerpunch’ suspension worthy?
Detroit Lions wide receiver Titus Young’s “suckerpunching” of teammate Louis Delmas is most definitely suspension-worthy. Young, entering his second season with the Lions, had a disagreement Monday during an optional team practice with Delmas, deciding to blindside him with a fist rather than settling the matter in more amicable, mature terms. Lions coach Jim Schwartz needs to [...]
Detroit Lions Return 21 of 22 Starters

Quarterback: Matthew Stafford: The 2011 season was a tremendous and breakthrough season for Stafford.
