Stevie Johnson and a host of other Bills players were peppered with questions about just what has gone so wrong for the Bills the past three weeks. Johnson isn’t sure, but doesn’t believe it’s a confidence issue.
“Confidence is still there, it’s on us to find a way to shake whatever funk we’re in right now,” he said. ”Maybe we’re trying to find our identity as an offense. I don’t know. That’s what it seems like, but you wouldn’t expect that after the weeks that we put up points and felt like we were rolling. The past couple of weeks it just seems like we’re trying to find ourselves.”
The offense had a tough time finding the first down marker too as they went 0-for-12 on third down, marking just the sixth time in team history they did not convert a third down in a game.
