Thanks to Stevie Johnson, the Bills could have both a controversy and political typhoon on their hands.
On Wednesday, Buffalo's top receiver gave his opinion on the war on terror, tweeting, "War is nothing to be played with. I apologize North Korea........but if y'all do bomb 1st... Bomb Foxboro, Mass. Sincerely,#BillsMafia."
Foxborough, of course, is home of the Patriots, and earlier in the day, North Korea announced they've received approval to launch nuclear weapons at the United States, a story taking hold of the country.
Obviously, this was a very ill-timed comment by Johnson, even if it was in jest. As of publish time, the tweet has yet to be deleted.
That could -- and probably will -- change as soon as his employers get wind of this. In any case, it's not going over so well with his followers, which include Donald Jones, his former Bills teammate who now plays for the Pats.
