With smallish free safety Alan Ball replacing the injured Ken Hamlin and cornerback Mike Jenkins playing with a bruised bicep, tackling could be an issue for the Cowboys secondary. Ball, who is making his first start is 6-1, 188 pounds. But coach Wade Phillips expects Ball to make up for his small stature with aggressive play, a trait he's exhibited in making 12 tackles as a gunner on the punt team. "We've seen him on special teams and he's very aggressive," Phillips said. "He's not a big guy, but he tackles well. But it is a concern because they had 174 (rushing) yards last week against Denver, who we know can play the run pretty well."
