Found June 13, 2013 on NFL Draft Zone:
PLAYERS: George Baker
TEAMS: Tennessee Titans
George Baker was a pure athlete in Miami when he was coming out of high school. He was an All State offensive player and at 5’11, 180 pounds he was a blazer.  He never played CB until USF in college, but George turned out to be a very good player.  He finished his 2012 season with 42 tackles, 5 pass break ups and several huge hits.  George understands it will take work for him to make it to the NFL, but he has always had to work. George broke clocks at the USF pro day as he blazed up the turf.  Baker is no joke people, he will be a huge steal for the Titans. How many teams were recruiting you coming out of high school and how did you make your decision? - I had a little over 20 scholarships; I made my decision based on the relationships I built with the coaches, but most importantly when I went up on my visits the team atmosphere was the ultimate deciding factor.     Has it always been your dream to be an NFL football player? - Most definitely, I can remember stories my mom would tell me, when I was little how I would walk around with the football all day and would even sleep with it. Never let it out my site. Who was your favorite NFL team growing up, and did you have a player you rooted for? - I didn’t have a favorite team I was always a randy moss fan, so what ever team he played for I was a fan of. At your position, how do you break down film, please inform our readers what you look for when breaking down film? - First I look at the receivers & quarterbacks name, and numbers. Then I study the quarterback, does he stare his receivers down, what is his strength, what is his weakness, who is his favorite target, is he mobile, is he a pocket passer. Receivers: there routes, how are they off the jam, is he a speedy guy, his alignment, his demeanor off the ball when he’s getting the ball vs. him not getting the ball. List goes on, don’t want to give away to much lol. What is the best accolade/award you have ever received from playing football? - I won offensive player of the year my Senior year in high school. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MviEGrxlAFs When did you really feel you had a good chance of making your dream come true? - I would have to say back in high school. What is your favorite food? - Whatever moms or grandma cook Do you have any pre game rituals? -I mean I usually do the usual go out in stretch and listen to my music What would you tell NFL teams that are weary of taking a late round flyer on you? - I’m not a selfish guy, I’ll do what ever the team needs me to do, your going to get a hardworking, motivated, determined player. If you could compare your play to someone in the NFL, who would it be? - Sam Shields What is the most tragic event in your life that has happened and how did you bounce back? - Hearing things like I’m not good enough, not fast enough, not strong enough, not big enough, etc. I just always kept a positive head and never let those words get me down and just keep working to prove to myself that I can do everything people said I couldn’t. Who has had your back through the good and the bad as you’ve moved on balancing life as a student athlete? - Most definitely mom & grandmom Everyone asks this question but I’m curious to know what will you buy first with your first NFL pay check? - Hmmmmm idk im just trying to stay focus and make it to earn that first pay check, once its in my hand then I can speak on it. Finish this sentence for me, Come July 2013 I will be_________________? - I will be on some body’s NFL roster no doubt about it.

Stefan Charles out to show he’s got the goods

Ever heard of the University of Regina? Well, me either, but defensive tackle Stefan Charles  is a beast at 6’4 and 328lbs for the Tennessee Titans and attended the school. I think it’s safe to say with a good preseason, Zach Clayton and DaJohn Harris could be on the outside looking in. Charles might look the part of a defensive tackle, but he has never actually played against...

Johnson wants 2,000 yards again, playoffs too

Chris Johnson is often asked how many yards he thinks he can rush for any season, and the player nicknamed CJ2K always responds with the same answer: 2,000. But Johnson says he is rarely asked about his team goals and gets tabbed as a selfish player for mentioning his personal goal. Still, he believes he can run for 2,000 yards again and help the Titans make the playoffs. His ultimate...

2013 NFL Scouting: Will Chris Johnson Return to Elite Status in 2013?

If you're a fan of the Tennessee Titans, or if you've had him on a fantasy roster in the last couple of seasons, you're well aware of how frustrating Chris Johnson can be. Titans' McCarthy primed for productive, healthy season

NASHVILLE, Tenn. The Tennessee Titans have liked what they've seen in two seasons from Colin McCarthy. The thing is, they just havent seen the middle linebacker enough for their liking. Ditto that feeling for McCarthy, who exploded onto the scene to earn the starting slot two seasons ago as a rookie and unheralded fourth-round draft pick out of Miami (Fla.). By the time 2012...
