GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Terrell Manning didn't think he did anything wrong. After delivering a hit on Seattle Seahawks backup quarterback Brady Quinn in Friday night's preseason game, the Green Bay Packers' second-year linebacker saw the flag on the field and still didn't think it was a penalty on him. Roughing the passer was the call. Manning apologized to his teammates for giving the Seahawks a free 15 yards, but now the 23-year-old is pleading with the NFL to make that the end of it. "I hope and pray that I don't (get fined)," Manning said. "Be nice to me, NFL." The NFL has been handing out fines in recent years for the type of play that Manning was involved in. Chicago Bears linebacker Jon Bostic was fined 21,000 earlier this week for a hit that was initially glorified as a great play.
