Got sent home. — John McClain (@McClain_on_NFL) October 21, 2013   This news comes on the heels of an abomination of a 2013 season, and the Houston Texans have parted ways with rookies Cierre Wood, Willie Jefferson and Sam Montgomery. The three were sent home before the Texans games against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday morning and were notified today that they were being released. Cierre Wood (Notre Dame) and Willie Jefferson (Stephen F. Austin) made the team coming out of camp as undrafted free agents and Montgomery was a 3rd round pick out of LSU in the 2013 NFL Draft. The exact reason for their dismissal is unknown, but this will be a story to continue to monitor moving forward.
