The Cowboys come into the Dolphins game riding on the high of a three game winning streak. But just because they have won three games in a row doesn't mean they can afford to lose a game against an inferior team. It is very likely that the Cowboys will need 10 wins to make the playoffs. That means that they need to go 4-2 over their last 6 games. And that means they have to win the remaining games on the schedule against teams with losing records.A few weeks ago it appeared that this would be an easy game for the Cowboys. The Dolphins were winless and they were finding a way to lose every week. But the Cowboys three game winning streak has been mirrored by a three game winning streak for the Dolphins.Matt Moore has been on a roll during the winning streak. I felt that when the Cowboys released Moore a few years ago that they had made a mistake. It isn't like Matt Moore is going to be the next Tom Brady but I thought he had potential. He has developed into a guy who w...

Dolphins embracing move to Moore

IRVING, Texas For a couple years at Valley Ranch, no one wanted to mention the name Matt Moore. The Dallas Cowboys had signed Moore to a free-agent rookie contract in '07 and despite his strong play in the preseason, they gambled that he would clear waivers and end up on their practice squad. The Carolina Panthers foiled that plan by signing Moore to their 53-man roster and...

"We all had a lot to learn on the fly, getting used to a new quarterback. He's doing a great job of handling everything that's been thrown at him."

Fumbled snap gives Cowboys halftime lead

The Dolphins defense was dominating for a fourth straight week, until a fumbled snap by Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore helped turn the first half in favor of the Cowboys. Dallas leads 10-6 at halftime on Thanksgiving.  They should be very thankful to be ahead considering Tony Romo was picked off twice in the first half.…

Dismal in Big D

Sucker punched four times.  Knocked onto the canvas, no rope in sight.  Blows the head, stomach, and side.  Double zero, the final knock-out.  Everything has finally come to an end for the Miami Dolphins and all the Dolfans who believed that 9-7 was a possibility.  How the Dolphins were going to miraculously pull a Tebow and bring back the franchise, get to the playoffs, and...
