Reyes is hitter .240 and a weaker fielder, Jerry Manuel seems almost handcuffed by the situation to use Luis Castillo.Well the Gansta doesn't roll like that, if you don't preform you don't play. Luis Castillo has looked absolutely awful and probably rushed back from an injury, which is a credit to his personality but a liability to the club. In the biggest game so far this year with the entire season on the line Manuel has replaced Castillo with A. Reyes in the line-up tonight, it's a gutsy move that could be second guessed big time. Manuel has also called a team meeting which is taking place as I post this. The Mets may fail to make the playoffs but I still like Manuel's style and his handling of the situation, at least his trying everything within his power to effect change where in the past consistency was the mantra....
