The Rams will get plenty of attention this week because of their opponent.  Can Fisher take down the mess that are the Jets. After a rough Week 10, I'm sitting at 92-54-1.  Who wants to keep track of a tie. Let's see if I can turn this around this week. Arizona at Atlanta - The Cards need to get some production from the QB position if they want any chance to make playoff this season. The Falcons finally lost a game, which isn't a huge surprise.  The Saints have an amazing offense and terrible defense.  The Falcons will probably end up around 14 wins, the big question is how they will do in the postseason. Falcons win. Cleveland at Dallas - The Browns are off their bye week and still don't have the talent to win in the NFL.  Their offensive coordinator said that Weeden has to prove he is the QB of the future in these final weeks.  The Browns can't wait for him to develop as he pushes 30. The Cowboys have talent, they just can't pull it c...

Danny Amendola’s durability issues could keep the Rams from re-signing him

Even though there’s been some speculation that the St. Louis Rams will use their franchise tag on wide receiver Danny Amendola next season, there’s also a chance they decide to move on from him because of how injury prone he’s been lately. “I think it could be a tough call with him,” one team insider said of Amendola’s future in St. Louis. “He’s been playing like...

ST. LOUIS (AP) St. Louis Rams rookies Janoris Jenkins and Chris Givens are back on the field, and eager to produce after serving one-game suspensions. Coach Jeff Fisher said after practice Wednesday that both would play Sunday against the New York Jets, but didn't say whether they'd be starting. They were suspended for violating undisclosed team rules, and neither player...

St. Louis Rams Could Add Twist to New NFL Uniforms With Return of White and Blue Look (Photos)

While just about every team in the league got a makeover when Nike unveiled their new NFL uniforms this year, some teams still want to update their look. For the Rams, that means going retro. Rams chief operating officer Kevin Demoff said on 101 ESPN on Friday that the team would like to bring back its old white and blue uniforms from the heyday of the Los Angeles Rams. Taking on...

The circus arrives when the Rams face the Jets

ST. LOUIS - Cue the calliope. You thought last weeks tie was a circus? Well, the show must roll on, because the New York Jets land in our fair city with the largest red noses in the NFL. Where to start with the gang thats always green with envy? Theres the 3-6 record, good for last place in the AFC East. There are the three consecutive losses, including a combined 58-16 spanking...

Wayne Hunter not surprised about the Jets’ drama

Former New York Jets and current St. Louis Rams tackle Wayne Hunter isn’t surprised at all at the drama that’s followed his former team. The one thing that always bothered him was how his teammates would throw one another under the bus, the way they did with calling Tim Tebow a terrible quarterback. “I got sick of guys doing that,” Hunter said. “I spoke about that. That...

Rams' Schottenheimer set to face former team

(Eds: Adds AP Photo.) Brian Schottenheimer is trying to treat the St. Louis Rams' game against his former team, the New York Jets, this weekend as just another game. ''I want to win because it's the next game and we need to get to four wins,'' the Rams' offensive coordinator said. ''It's fun to compete against your friends, but (the games...

Six signs of improvement from the Rams' Offense

Before the bye week, the Rams offense was in a bit of a funk. They couldnt finish enough drives to put the pesky Dolphins away or hang with the Packers, and got absolutely shut down by the Patriots after poking the bear with a 7-0 lead. Predictable questions resurfaced about Sam Bradford's ceiling and quiet doubts began bubbling up in Rams Nation. Then, Bradford...

New York Jets at St. Louis Rams: Week 11 NFL Pick

New York Jets (3-6) at St. Louis Rams (3-5) Someone check me for a concussion because I really like the Jets this week. The Jets are one of two teams I have not picked to cover once this year, along with the Bengals. Yes, their fans hate me. It may seem weird that this is the week I’m going with the Jets because they seem to be at their lowest point, given all that’s happened...

Jets vs Rams Week 11 Preview

The New York Jets (3-6) will play the St. Louis Rams (3-5-1) this Sunday afternoon at the Edward Jones Dome from St. Louis, MO. Game starts at 1:00 pm on CBS (TV) and WEPN (Radio). Rams favorites over Jets. Spread is - 3.5 points. My pick is the Rams. It's do or die for the New York Jets season as they travel on the road to take on the St. Louis...
