Last night agent Bus Cook who represents quite a few players, including Brett Favre sounded like he was drunk talking about Brett Favre. “Today, he could play today,” Cook said Monday night, via the Mobile Press-Register. “I saw him the other day. He’s in the best shape I’ve ever seen him in, physically.” “His arms look […]
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers told ESPN 540 in Milwaukee today that he doesn’t have any problems with head coach Mike McCarthy after their heated argument on the sidelines of this past week’s loss to the Bengals.
“That was definitely over and done with after we talked on the sideline,” Rodgers said, via ESPN.com. “Mike and I have been together for a long...
Mike McCarthy and Aaron Rodgers got into it on the sidelines during the second quarter of the Green Bay Packers’ game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, and the head coach could be seen giving Rodgers the business.
Maybe there was a disagreement about play calling or whatever, but Rodgers definitely said something his coach wasn’t feeling.

After losing a close game to the Cincinnati Bengals, the Green Bay Packers fell to 1-2 as they head into their bye week. This bye week will be used as a time for many players, including Clay Matthews, Jermichael Finley, James Starks, and Eddie Lacy, to rehab their various injuries they suffered during the first three weeks...
Has Mike McCarthy’s offense gone stale?
Ever since Mike McCarthy took over as head coach, the Green Bay Packers have prided themselves on being one of the most explosive offensive teams in the National Football League.
Since his first year with the Packers in 2006, McCarthy’s teams have scored 3,093 regular season points. This includes the three games so far in 2013, so this...

Remember all those records that Aaron Rodgers broke and tied in the Packers' Week 2 win? Well, Rodgers' performance in the loss at Cincinnati was nothing like that.
This was one of the worst games that Rodgers has played in several years. Given how high of...
There is plenty to talk about this week, as Mike and Dan review one of the strangest games in recent memory. They also discuss how much should be made of the sideline spat between Aaron Rodgers and Mike McCarthy, as well as the pros and cons of having the bye week so early this season.

As the Packers begin going their separate ways for the (very early and much needed) bye week, many are of the opinion that they are a team muddled with question marks.
Aaron Rodgers went from having arguably his best performance ever against the Redskins to by far his worst game in several years against the Bengals.
Eddie Lacy, the salvation for the much beleaguered running game...
Turnovers, like Jonathan Franklin’s fumble, were a major factor in the Packers’ loss to the Bengals.
I grow weary of Green Bay Packers losses. Not because they lose, but because I have to suffer the over-the-top reactions from fans every time. Okay, I guess it’s my choice to be involved in the Packers blogosphere and Twitterverse, but you get my point.
Don’t get me wrong...
If you’re an Aaron Rodgers or Cam Newton fantasy owner this week, you'd better have a strong backup like Michael Vick or Tony Romo because the waiver wire is a little thin when it comes to QBs.
It’s that time of year to take some risks. Seasons are won and lost by rolling the dice on players that can pay off big if you’re willing to take the chance.
Good thing you have...
Overall, lots of bad but a couple of good things showed up in the Packers loss to the Bengals. On one hand, we haven’t seen a game as messy as this one since maybe the 18 penalty, 2 turnover night against the Bears in 2010. Aaron Rodgers looked a little lost amongst all the new faces making an appearance due to injuries and the Packers didn’t look as sharp as they normally...
